Take Interstate 55 and merge onto Interstate 40 east. Cross the DeSoto bridge and exit on Interstate 240 south. Take 240 south to the Madison Street Exit. Exit onto Madison and turn left. Take Madison for approximately four miles. Madison will dead end into East Parkway. Turn Right onto East Parkway heading south. Take a left onto Central Avenue and enter the school via the Central Avenue parking lot.

From the East on Interstate 40 -

Take Interstate 40 into Memphis. Interstate 40 will turn into Sam Cooper Blvd. Stay on Sam Cooper. Sam Cooper will dead end into East Parkway. Turn left onto East Parkway and head south. Make a left onto Central Avenue and enter into the Central Avenue parking lot.

From the South on Interstate 55 -

Take Interstate 55 and exit onto Interstate 240 West. Take the Lamar Exit and turn right onto Lamar. Go through two stop lights and make a left onto Central Avenue. Cross over East Parkway and enter into the Central Parking lot.

The CBU Athletic Training Facility is located in the northeast end of De La Salle Hall within Canale Arena.
